Lidiya is a passionate professional hailing from Chennai, the southernmost city of India. She embarked on her academic journey at Stella Maris College, where she graduated with a major in Sociology. Building upon her foundation in social sciences, Lidiya pursued a Master’s degree in Human Resources and further enhanced her expertise through a diploma course in Human Resource from Loyola Institute of Business Administration.
Dedicated to staying at the forefront of her field, Lidiya obtained certification as a
Green Belt Career Counsellor from the prestigious University of California in Los Angeles.
Additionally, she holds a certification as a Trainer The Trainer from CTPD, the division
of Asian College of Teachers (ACT), showcasing her commitment to professional growth and
excellence.
With over 15 years of valuable experience in the corporate industry, Lidiya has had the
opportunity to interact with diverse individuals on a daily basis.
This experience led her to a profound realization – the importance of constant motivation
and inspiration in one’s professional journey. Recognizing the dearth of guidance and
support in the lives of students, she felt compelled to focus on their development and
well-being.
As Lidiya engaged with an increasing number of students, she was struck by the growing
demand for motivation and inspiration, particularly in her native state. Many students
struggled to find the guidance they needed to pursue their dreams. This realization
ignited a deep passion within her to establish a Counselling and Training service
dedicated to supporting these students and professionals.
Lidiya firmly believes in playing her part in guiding students towards their destined
paths, helping them uncover their true potential and aligning their aspirations with their
chosen careers. With her unwavering commitment, expertise, and empathetic approach, she
strives to empower individuals to discover their true calling and embark on a fulfilling
journey towards success.
